DM1100 C deburrs inside and outside contours of stainless steel, steel and aluminium parts cut by laser, punching or shearing.
Burrs are cleaned from the surface leaving soft and round edges and making the complete part soft to touch and handle. Sharp edges removal of laser cut parts which are film protected without removing the plastic coating and keeping the original finishing is also possible.
Deburring 8mm steel punched parts or thin 1mm stainless steel laser cut material is also not a problem. Small parts such as 50x50mm can even be easily deburred without moving them along the process.
DM1100 C was just redesigned and the new model will be launched in March. Amongst the new improvements we can enhance the easy replacement of cross belts (without any tool, with NS tested FG system) and higher power on the main motors. More, better adherence of the parts was now achieved by the new pressure rollers system and also by an automatic conveyor belt cleaning system integrated on the machine.
