Tube Transport Systems
Conveyor Type
Operator feeds loading table with tubes one by one, increasing the time the machine will work automatically without intervention.
This conveyor type system avoids tubes touching each other which assures a process feeding and polishing without scratches.
Bundle Type
Bundle system allows to load and unload the tubes on the machine on a complete bundle, without having to feed tube by tube.
Great savings in handling and processing time for six or twelve meters tubes. Reliable system, where all the cycle is done automatic.

High Diameter Tube Finishing
Tube machines developed for large diameters finishing. Due to the planetary system, where the abrasive belts rotate around the tube, the finishing is done with minimum vibration even in the longest tubes. Working capacities available up to Ø300mm.

Four Sides Finishing
Machines designed for two sides or four sides finishing simultaneously in square and rectangular tubes or flat bars.
Multiple abrasive belt or brush finishing stations operate on each side of the tube, making these machines particularly suitable for productions with significant volume of work and where handling costs are to be kept to a minimum level.
These tube finishing machines reduces dramatically the total process time compared to single side solutions.
