DEBURRING MACHINES
Our DM machines are prepared to easily remove burrs, oxide layers and slag, rounding the edges and finishing the surface of metal parts cut by laser, plasma, punching, waterjet and/or shearing.

ROUND TUBE FINISHING MACHINES
The planetary system from our ML machines it is possible to make surface finishing on round tubes, up to 6 grinding stations, with/without water refrigeration and tables/conveyors for an automated process.

FLAT SURFACES FINISHING MACHINES
By using the contact roller with an abrasive belt with abrasive brushes allow FG machines to make all the types of surface finishing in rectangular/square tubes, flat bars and metal parts.

TUBES MIRROR POLISHING
There are different models available for mirror polishing in round, square or rectangular tubes and/or flat bars. These machines use polishing buffs and liquid or solid compound.

DRILLING MACHINES
From the semiautomatic with a single station to the fully automatic with double station, it is possible to make drilling, inclined drilling, flowdrilling and tapping guarateeing a perfect drilling on all operations.

STROKE SANDERS
The table with 2500mm width, up to 4000mm, is perfect to remove welds, make surface finishing, deburring and rounding the edges in big dimensions metal structures thats cannot be processed in automated machinery.
