From safeguarding treasures in the Louvre to elevating the elegance of Dior’s galleries, MUEVO specializes in crafting custom museum display systems that protect and showcase the world’s cultural heritage. Based in Greece, MUEVO’s dedication to engineering excellence and artistic innovation has made its work a hallmark in museums and cultural institutions worldwide. MUEVO ensures that every metal structure display is both functional and visually stunning.

The FCW120 Z flat surfaces finishing machine has enhanced their production processes, transforming once manual tasks into efficient and streamlined. Designed to handle a variety of materials, including aluminum and steel profiles, square tubes and flat bars, this versatile machine ensures that the tubes surface finishing is aligned with MUEVO’s standards. Equipped with a water-cooling system, the FCW120 Z manages dust by mixing it with water and decanting it later but also offers a dry-mode option and the possibility to connect it to a dust extractor.

The machine’s primary purpose at MUEVO is to restore metal tubes damaged during previous processes, such as when anodization becomes compromised. The FCW120 Z allows these surfaces to be repolished quickly, eliminating the need for manual labor and improving overall safety by reducing operator contact with aluminum shavings. Its efficiency supports the creation of exhibition systems worthy of housing the world’s most prized artifacts.

“We achieve higher quality in processing and faster delivery speeds… our production team has no direct contact with aluminum shavings”

– Christina Tsima from MUEVO

Much like the treasures displayed in museums, the FCW120 Z plays a key role in enabling MUEVO to combine tradition and innovation, preserving history with care.
