The FCW120 Z flat surfaces finishing machine has enhanced their production processes, transforming once manual tasks into efficient and streamlined. Designed to handle a variety of materials, including aluminum and steel profiles, square tubes and flat bars, this versatile machine ensures that the tubes surface finishing is aligned with MUEVO’s standards. Equipped with a water-cooling system, the FCW120 Z manages dust by mixing it with water and decanting it later but also offers a dry-mode option and the possibility to connect it to a dust extractor.
The machine’s primary purpose at MUEVO is to restore metal tubes damaged during previous processes, such as when anodization becomes compromised. The FCW120 Z allows these surfaces to be repolished quickly, eliminating the need for manual labor and improving overall safety by reducing operator contact with aluminum shavings.
