TRW series of machines from NS Maquinas are designed specifically for grinding of the edges on Stainless steel flat bars. The machine utilizes a feed table, with downward-facing pressure rollers to keep the material firmly against the conveyor feed belt and simply flows the material in a horizontal position past the linishing heads grinding a clean mechanical surface value on to the material. By including finishing stations on both sides of the machine, it is possible to process simultaneously the two lateral faces of the flat bars.

Abrasive Belt Oscillation
The abrasive linishing heads independently oscillate up and down, eliminating waste on the abrasive belt and ensuring that the maximum width of the belt is always consumed.

Automatic Adjustments
Controls through mobile touchscreen panel. Adjusting automatically all machine stations for any material width.

Wet Operation
The process includes water in each station to avoid overheating of the metal parts and, consequently, material surface burning and/or distortion.

Dry Versions
This type of system is also available without water and for a single side process. It is possible to configure with 1 and up to 3 abrasive belt stations and two lamella wheels. Check TR120 product page.
