La TDM100 est une machine complète pour le perçage incliné, le fluoperçage et le taraudage de tubes et de barres ronds, carrés et rectangulaires. Convient pour l’industrie des mains courantes et du meuble, ainsi que pour d’autres opérations de perçage de composants tubulaires en acier inoxydable.
L’unité de station unique est entièrement réglable pour différentes opérations de perçage angulaire. Ses outils sont rapidement et facilement interchangeables.
Le système de refroidissement assure une opération de perçage sans effort et prolonge la durée de vie des outils. L’opérateur a tous les outils à portée de main à l’intérieur de l’armoire sous la station de perçage.
Drilling round and square tubes and flat bars
Capable of working round tubes up to 114mm in diameter, square or rectangular tubes up to 100x100mm and flat bars up to 110x15mm. Maximum length up to 3000mm.
Angled tube drilling
The station can be easily adjusted for different angle positions from -50 up to 50 degrees.
Single drilling station
This station has interchangeable tools with adjustable depth, angle, and speed for an automatic drilling operation.
Drilling up to Ø50mm
Wide range of diameter drilling capacity.
Flow drilling up to M12
The friction allows thermal drilling to reshape the stainless steel wall and enlarge wall thickness for the threading process.
Tapping up to M12
Stainless steel tube threading after flow drilling process for further screw attachment.
