ML75DIAMETER TOO BIG FOR ML50, BEND RADIUS TOO TIGHT FOR ML100

ML75 is the tube finishing machine ideal to polish round tubes with diameters up to 76mm with tight bend radius.
ML75 has a slim and compact planetary wheel which permits the operation of curved tubes. This machine can be equipped with a automatic feeding system for straight tubes finishing.
This new tube finishing machine is the answer for curved tubes which are too tight to fit ML100 and with diameter too big to fit ML50.

DEBURRING, EDGE ROUNDING, FINISHING AND OXIDE REMOVAL – DM660 ZPK

DM660 ZPK is a deburring machine for sheet metal and parts cut by punching, shearing, laser or plasma.

DM660 ZPK features an integrated vacuum table and a 3 movement system of the brushing head, assuring a high consistency. It is possible to work parts up to 660mm width and some as small as 50x50mm.

NS Máquinas is developing 2 new models of cross belts edge rounding machines. These models are based on the same concept of DM1100 C metal deburring machine and will be launched during September.

DM1600 C, a wider version of DM1100 C, now with a conveyor belt with 1600mm, is able to produce bigger parts and to deliver a higher amount of deburred pieces per minute, keeping the same rounding as DM1100 C.
