The DM1600 ZC is a deburring and edge rounding machine for sheet metal parts up to 1600mm wide and on some as small as 50x50mm.
It combines a deburring station with an abrasive belt and contact roller, and an edge rounding station with cross-belt blocks.
With motorized thickness settings, easy access doors, fine pressure control, and variable speed, it ensures flexibility and consistent results on stainless steel, steel, and aluminum.
Deburring and edge rounding
Grinding laser burrs and rounding the edges in one single step: high performance on all edges and also on internal holes.
Wide Working Capacity
Processes sheet metal parts up to 1600mm wide in a single pass, providing greater versatility for workshops handling larger components.
Motorized Table
The 1600mm wide table with motorized thickness adjustment to reduce manual labor and increase precision.
Deburring Contact Roller
This station removes burrs from metal parts cut by laser, punching or shearing with integrated abrasive belt oscillation and pneumatic tension.
Edge Rounding Blocks
The abrasive blocks smooth the sharp edges from both internal and external contours of the sheet metal or small parts.
Smaller Footprint
The compact size takes less floor space and it’s easier to operate while delivering the same top-quality deburring and edge rounding.
Parts Return System
