OD tube deburring machines clean and remove tube sharp edges caused by sawing.
Enables simultaneous outside and inside tube burrs removal without rotating the tube.

Double rotation brush
The operator does not need to rotate the tube as the wire brush rotates all around the shape of the tube, deburring all internal and external edges within few seconds.
After cutting
After sawing a sharp edge or a burr can be created. OD remove the burr and cleans the edges leaving them soft and safe to handle.
Different geometries
OD deburring machines deburr different shapes from round to square and rectangular tubes and even aluminium profiles, treating all the edges uniformly.
Burr box
Heavier burrs fall and are deposit in a plastic box below the deburring head.
Tube clamping system
