FG220 4ZV flat bar and square tube polishing machines are equipments of higher productivity than standard FG machines.
These machines enable finishing 2 sides at same time (top and bottom) of long square tubes or flat bars can now be done faster and with less handling.
The standard maximum capacity of this machine is 220mm width per 200mm thickness and is capable of working long tubes and bars from 700mm.
Top and bottom finishing
Finishes tubes and bars on 2 sides simultaneously. Complete polishing of the 4 sides of the square tube in 2 passes only.
Upper belt stations
Independent work of all abrasive stations. Possible to operate only one side.
Lower belt stations
Finishing of the lower part of the profile.
Square or rectangular tube finishing
High quality of surface finishing on stainless steel tubes, tube after tube.
Fixed working height
FG machines have a constant working height. The adjustment for different thicknesses is made by the movement of the abrasive stations, keeping the conveyor belt always at the same level. This helps the work of long tubes and bars without having to adjust roller tables.
