The MLW200’s TC version is a round tube wet-operation finishing machine capable of automatically polishing cylindrical and conical tubes from Ø25mm up to Ø205mm.
The auto feeding system transports straight tubes safely and automatically through the finishing station, enabling a consistent and highly productive finishing quality.
The wet system allows for faster cooling of the tube as well as the possibility of working different types of metal simultaneously.
Conic tube finishing
This machine was designed to finish conic tubes without any manual adjustment, making possible to polish, for example, a complete light pole with Ø165mm on one end and Ø75mm on the other.
Minimum tube vibration even on the longest tubes
The feeding units feature a precise diameter compensation system which, combined with the solid structure, ensures a vibration-free and safe tube transport operation.
Automatic feeding
The MLW200 TC tube polishing machine is simple to work with. The automatic feeding system is hinge mounted and easily removable for bent tube finishing.
Water-cooling system
To reduce temperature and prevent dust in the grinding area, a closed-circuit water-cooling system is employed. Water is sprayed onto the finishing area, filtered, and then pumped back into the machine.
Control panel
Mobile control unit where the main functions of the machine can be actuated. Featuring motorized feeding system adjustment and filtering system control.
