FGW170 4ZV is a machine for wet finishing aluminium profiles, stainless steel flat bars and rectangular tubes.
With a working capacity of 170 mm in width, this machine features four abrasive stations—two working from the top and two from the bottom—allowing the entire surface to be finished in just two passes.
Top and bottom finishing
Finishes tubes and bars on 2 sides simultaneously. Complete polishing of the 4 sides of the square tube in 2 passes only.
Fixed working height
FGW machines have a constant working height. The adjustment for different thicknesses is made by the movement of the abrasive stations, keeping the conveyor belt always at the same level. This helps the work of long tubes and bars without having to adjust roller tables
Independent operation
Independent work of all abrasive stations. Possible to operate only one side.
Contact roller
2+2 contact roller abrasive belt heads.
Abrasive brush
Possibility to change the contact roller for abrasive brush in any of the stations.
Square or rectangular tube finishing
High quality of surface finishing on stainless steel tubes, tube after tube.
Control panel
Parts automatic return or programs saving are some of the features which can be offered.
