The DM1600 Z is a high-performance deburring machine with a capacity of up to 1600mm in width. This machine can process a wide range of materials such as stainless steel, steel, and aluminum that have been cut through laser, punching or shearing.
Additionally, the DM1600 Z is equipped to handle surface finishing tasks, both with traditional abrasive paper or non-woven/scotch materials. With its ability to process metal parts as small as 50x50mm, the DM1600 Z is designed to maximize efficiency and productivity by processing more parts and/or larger components.
Furthermore, the DM1600 Z is designed to be easily integrated with the DM1600 C Edge Rounding Machine, allowing for a seamless and efficient process of deburring and edge rounding.
Abrasive Belt Station
The deburring station has a large diameter contact roller with Ø180mm diameter and 55SH, allowing for both deburring and finishing operations.
Light Burr Removal
The machine was developed to deburr metal parts cut by laser, punching or shearing
Surface Finishing
It allows surface finishing on metal sheets up to 1100mm width and as small as 50x50mm metal parts
High-Grip Conveyor Belt
Optimized for parts with a maximum width of 1100mm, it can do a wide variety of shapes and sizes. Small parts with 50x50mm can be easily deburred and finished thanks to its high-grip conveyor belt.
Deburring and Edge Rounding
The DM1100 Z was designed with the possibility to be integrated with the DM1100 C edge rounding machine so that deburring and edge rounding can be achieved in one go. This integration can be executed through a connecting conveyor belt.
Control Panel
Regulate the conveyor and abrasive belts’ on/off functions, speed (variable on both units), up/down buttons for thickness adjustment and a digital ammeter to monitor the motor consumption.
Motorized Table
The 1600mm wide table with motorized thickness adjustment to reduce manual labor and increase precision.
Parts Return System
Parts return up to 250x250mm and up to 20mm thickness. Great savings in both time and operation costs in parts handling. Allows for part feeding, inspection, and storage and increases productivity when a double-sided process is required.
