DM1100 2C EVO, edge rounds top and bottom sides of metal parts in one single pass. This double-sided operation machine deburrs metal sheets rounding its internal and external contours.
Featuring 2 sets of double cross belts this machine removes sharp edges on stainless steel, steel and aluminum parts cut by laser, punching or shearing.
This metal deburring machine can easily edge round parts with small dimensions, being capable of deburring different shapes and parts sizes from 50mm up to 1100mm.
Double side edge rounding
Processes simultaneously both sides of metal sheet parts cut by laser or punching machine, saving time and reducing operation costs.
Small parts operation
Additional conveyor belt and support table enables single side edge rounding of metal parts down to 50x50mm.
Plastic deburring protection
DM1100 2C can edge round metal parts with plastic foil, keeping the original finishing and assuring the work purely on the edges.
Cross belts replacement
Easy and tool free cross belt replacement. Program for automatic positioning of upper and lower cross belts in order to improve the access, reducing replacement procedure time.
Strong edge rounding
After DM1100 2C: high performance on all edges and also on internal holes.
Surface finishing
Smooth and fine linear finishing on the complete surface of the metal part.
