Deburrs metal sheets and parts cut by laser, shear or punching machine. Deburring and edge rounding of straight parts at both sides in one single pass. Automatic and compact version available.
Metal sheet deburring
Two abrasive lamella wheels rotate in opposite directions, removing the burr on both edges of the metal sheet.
Manual or automatic feeding
The metal sheet is transported through the two lamella wheels by a roller feeding system. Alternatively the feeding can be done manually (compact version).
LR30 compact version
Deburring unit to be placed at a work bench. Feeding of the plates needs to be done by the operator.
Horizontal or vertical position
LR30 AT can be used on horizontal or vertical position, just by simply turning the deburring unit.
