PC70 2P
The PC70 2P allows a mirror polishing finish with high gloss quality of round, square and rectangular tubes.
The tube is clamped from its interior and the double polishing station travels through its length applying an high pressure on the tube without any marks or scratches.
PC70 2P comes in its standard version with automatic spray guns with pressurized polishing compound tank and with a max. tube size of 60mm and a max. 2m length, but other sizes and lengths can also be proposed by request.

Round, squared and rectangular tubes
This machine is capable to operate automatically different types of tubes: round tubes, squared tubes and rectangular tubes.
Double polishing station
The machine is equipped with two stations which contributes to a faster tube mirror polishing process.
No contact with the external surface of the tube
The tube is clamped by its interior and the double polishing wheels operate reciprocally as polishing station and as tube support, the chances of having scratches is eliminated contributing to a high polishing quality.
Easy adjustable length
The machine can be easily adjusted to different lengths by simply adjusting one clamping support.
