DEBURRING AND EDGE ROUNDING DEVELOPMENTS
NS Máquinas metal deburring and edge rounding machines segment now includes 2 new models of cross belts edge rounding machines. These models are based on the same concept of DM1100 C metal deburring machine and will be launched during September.
DM1600 C, a wider version of DM1100 C, now with a conveyor belt with 1600mm, is able to produce bigger parts and to deliver a higher amount of deburred pieces per minute, keeping the same rounding as DM1100 C.
DM1100 CT, a machine directed to thin metal sheet deburring is able to assure strong rounding on parts thinner than 0.8mm. Operating with 2 conveyor belts it is now possible to lower the brushes to a level below the conveyor belt without wearing it.
Comparing to DM1100 C, DM1100 CT has the limitation of only being able to process parts longer than 225mm, but promises to be a plus in NS portfolio of cross belt machines whenever thin material has to be deburred and edge rounded.
