Tube mirror polishing: know the news
For the seventh consecutive edition, NS Máquinas will exhibit at EMAF. This is the largest event from the industrial sector that takes place in Portugal.
This year there is an extra reason to visit us in EXPONOR. NS Máquinas will show for the first time in Portugal its revolutionary machine for tube mirror polishing: MP100. This brand new model is capable of polishing to a high gloss level round tubes, both straight and curved. The 3 planetary polishing wheels allow different shapes to be polished with high pressure without any support besides the polishing buffs.
Still about the tubes finishing, NS will present the round tube finishing machine ML100, the rectangular tube and flat bars finishing machine FG170 ZK and the tube end deburring machine OD120. On the metal sheet segment, the DM1100 C to remove light burrs from laser, shear or punching machines.
