The FG220 ZK HD is fully prepared to process distorted parts. Thanks to its automatic floating belt grinding head, the machine is able to cope with surface deviations along the whole length of the part.
MAXIMUM MATERIAL REMOVAL
With an even sturdier structure and more powerful motors to drive a bigger contact roller equipped with a longer 2500mm abrasive belt, the FG220 ZK HD allows you to remove significantly more material than its standard-design counterpart.
MODULAR CONFIGURATION
In order to better suit the demands of each individual request, just like any FG machine, the FG220 Heavy Duty versions can be configured with a number of different combinations of abrasive belt heads and brushes, from a simple ZK configuration (1 abrasive belt+1 brush) to more complex ones like 3 abrasive belt heads (3Z), 2 belt heads and 1 brush (2ZK) and even 1 belt head and 2 brushes (Z2K).
