Based in Brazil, Viecelli develops premium metal solutions for architectural, decorative and commercial projects, producing metal structures, displays and customized components for buildings, retail spaces and high-end environments, including HAVAIANAS, NIKE and ZARA HOME stores.
Projects combine materials such as stainless steel, carbon steel, brass, aluminium, acrylic and wood, requiring consistent brushed and polished finishing quality across different applications and geometries.
With engineering, production and installation handled in-house, Viecelli is able to respond quickly to customized projects and demanding deadlines.
As production demands increased, the company needed to standardize finishing quality while reducing lead times and dependence on manual operations, which limited repeatability throughout the process.

To support its growing production needs, Viecelli invested in seven NS Máquinas solutions plus a centralized dust extraction system, creating a complete surface finishing ecosystem within its production facility.

The setup combines deburring, edge rounding, brushed finishing and mirror polishing technologies, allowing Viecelli to process flat parts, laser-cut components, square and rectangular tubes, round straight and curved tubes, profiles, bars and welded structures across multiple applications.
Fast abrasive and crossbelt changeovers also allow quick adaptation between different materials and finishing requirements while helping reduce contamination between applications.
