DM1100 ZC EVO is a metal deburring and edge rounding machine for metal sheet parts cut by punching, shearing, laser or plasma.
Removing burrs and creating round edges using abrasive belt and cross belts technology is possible on parts up to 1100mm width and on some as small as 50x50mm.
Inside and outside contours of stainless steel, steel and aluminum parts cut by laser or other thermal processes are burrs free from the total surface after processing.
Deburring and edge rounding
Grinding laser burrs and rounding the edges in one single step: high performance on all edges and also on internal holes.
Deburring technology
One deburring contact roller combined with two cross belts mounted with abrasive blocks running in opposite directions, completing edge rounding on the complete area of the part.
Small parts deburring
Excelent work on small parts down to 50x50mm.
Plastic protection deburring
DM1100 ZC can edge round parts with plastic foil, keeping the original finishing and assuring the work purely on the edges.

Easy to use with an integrated touch screen for monitoring the working settings and the machine alarms.
After edge rounding
Sharp edge removal by the C module of DM1100 ZC on stainless steel laser cut part.
Parts Return System
