The LMD4000 is a sigle belt stroke sanding machine with high flexibility to work with flat surfaces, as well as corners or edges of the parts. 

The LMD has a wide 4000mm working table which makes it possible to finish large structures. 

Ergonomic grinding tools working in a counterweight system now enable the work to be done on a wide variety of shapes, either for finishing or weld removal. 

The flexible and adjustable table is useful when, because of the large dimensions of the materials to be finished, you are unable to move the piece. 

With the LMD4000 stroke sander, you move the table by motor and use the adaptability of the long belt together with several grinding tools to finish the areas you need.

Single carrier in counterweight system with an easy clamping to use the flat finishing tool or the contact roller.

Adjustable tension

Abrasive belt tension is exerted pneumatically. It enables different levels of belt tensioning.

Control panel

The machine has a control panel at the center of the table, making it easy for the operator to adjust level of the table or the speed abrasive belt.

Boxes and welded structures belt finishing

It allows the removal of welding seams and its subsequent polishing in stainless-steel boxes or any other welded structure

The manual pad is ideal for refining welded edges, allowing the abrasive belt to flex smoothly and deliver a clean, precise finish in those areas.

The table can support bigger structures, boxes and metal parts up to 4 meters in width.
